2009 Earth Week Giveaway #4: Herb ‘N Organics Starter Basket – Now Closed

I had the pleasure of meeting Diann from Herb ‘N Organics at a local Green Market in Scottsdale a few months ago. She was very passionate about her new company and its natural cleaning products. At the time, she and her partner had just gotten shelf space in Whole Foods, and she was happy to let me sniff all her products. Yummy. When I told her I was planning a week of giveaways for Earth Day, she said she’d love to provide a prize. Thanks Diann!
And really, it’s a timely prize since lots of people I know have had to say a teary goodbye to their cleaning ladies of late. Darn layoffs.
The winner of this giveaway will receive an Herb ‘N Organics Starter Basket containing all three Herb ‘N Organics household cleansers (Arctic Blast Glass and Surface Cleaner, O…So Orange Furniture Frappe, and Peppermint Power Cleansing Powder) in a bright wire basket that includes a scrub brush and a cleaning cloth.
To enter, just leave a comment on this post by midnight MST on Friday, April 24. Anonymous comments won’t count. The winner will be randomly chosen and announced on April 27. If I don’t hear back from the winner by April 30, another winner will be chosen. One entry per person please. Thanks and good luck!
Remember, all Earth Week giveaways are open until Friday, so be sure to enter the others too!

For Local Blog

Oh, Elaina, great minds think alike! I just had a conversation with a mommy friend about making the switch to greener, more child-friendly cleaning supplies. My hubby is rather frugal and has a hard time spending extra on more natural products … so this would really help jumpstart my green clean movement!
ok, I admit it, I love to clean. and I love organic cleaning products. definitely count me in. thanks!
This will throw my OCD for cleaning into hyperdrive! I am sure they smell awesome as well!
I’ve been looking for some organic cleaners that actually smell nice!
This is just what my kitchen ordered!
Thanks for the great giveaway!
Oh that is neat!
count me in! I normally make my own but am getting tired of the same old… sometimes it’s easier to just grab a bottle knowing it’s safe and get to cleaning.
I JUST found a recipe to start making my own. Would be happy to put off my in-home chemistry experiment for these helpers…
what a lovely gift – and to know that it’s a good thing is even better! thanks for the chance to win it.
I just had to (very sadly) lose my cleaning service. . .this starter set is a great idea for those of us who need a place to start!
What fun, safe products that are good for mother earth, clean well and smell yummie!! count me in!! thanks for the info, I can forward it on to my mother-n-law, she has really bad asthma so she’ll like these products.. Thank-you!
I just recently came across your blog and so far I’m loving it! I just started a green blog of my own and would love some new products to review! Thanks for the chance to win.
These look like fantastic cleaning products! We’re switching over to all natural products and this looks like a great one to try.
Yes, we’ll be saying goodbye to our cleaning service soon, and we love using natural products with a baby moving all over the house! Thanks for doing these giveaways (and thanks to Dana for posting the link on Facebook so more of us would know about them)!
always fun to support those who are passionate about making a difference for others!
I’ve really been enjoying green cleaning products lately–would love to try these!
I like this idea!
I’d like to try these; I’m curious what Artic Blast smells like.(?)
always looking for something fun that does not smell like lavender
My sister and I were just discussing if the green products work just as well as the harsh chemically stuff. Maybe we try this for free?
