Fun Finds For Mom

Fruit Rainbow

The unicorn party was a success! I’m not feeling great, so I’m spending the afternoon with honey tea in my cozy bed. I’ll be sharing photos from the party soon, but for now, I wanted to share this fruit rainbow. I made it last night, and then realized when I tried to put it in the fridge that there was no way the plate was going to fit in the refrigerator door. I felt like the designer who brings home a big couch and forgets to measure the doorway (yes, I watch too much HGTV).  No worries, however. I disassembled, then re-rainbowed it this morning. Wouldn’t this would be a fun way to serve fruit to the kids even on a regular non-unicorn day? Maybe with some cottage cheese clouds?
