I usually start burning pine scented candles in the coming months to get in the holiday mood. I think sipping some warm holiday-flavored teas would also put me in the fall frame of mind. And I’ll use all the sensory tricks I can get my hands on, since it’s still 100 degrees here in Phoenix, and Starbucks gingerbread lattes probably won’t be here until November!

Adagio Teas has a Holiday Sampler including 6 one-ounce tins of candy apple, candy cane, chestnut, cranberry, gingerbread & pumpkin spice. Seems like a great hostess gift. I also liked the idea from one reviewer who said she held a Christmas tea and used this sampler set for favors. Each guest received a small basket containing a sampler tin along with ten paper tea filters folded over and tied with a ribbon.
