Ireland’s Number One Tea

I’ve had an appreciation for really yummy hot tea since my sophomore year in college when I “studied” in Ireland. (I spent a lot more time in the pubs than at the library, I must admit.) One of my favorite Irish teas is Lyons. Lyons Gold, in particular, which really does put Lipton to shame. And if you like holiday-themed baking projects, you might want to try making a loaf of Irish Brown Bread for St. Paddy’s Day. I haven’t made it myself, but this recipe comes from someone’s Irish Mum and looks pretty easy. My host family had a basket of brown bread on the table with every meal. Scrummy!
