Wow! Those HATS are fabulous! NHV absolutely adores all hats … she has an entire bin of them … cowboy hat, stocking hats, sun hats, … and she starts each day choosing one to wear while she plays. Now I am thinking her third birthday will have a HAT THEME! Just imagine the photos
