Little Kids Wooden Tool Set
Today was the last day of preschool before the winter break. My son’s teachers gave each child a bag of lavender-scented pink, blue and purple homemade playdough as a gift. We got out our box of playdough tools this afternoon and had the best time rolling, cutting, plunging and squishing the freshly made dough! We’re having his birthday party in a few weeks, and I am thinking about giving homemade playdough in “goodie bags” for his friends. It’s either that, or have the kids tie-dye t-shirts and take them home.
If I go with the playdough, I want to tie on some kind of playdough tool to each goodie bag. I like this little kids 9-piece wooden tool set. I could put the playdough in lidded containers from Garnish with each guest’s name on a sticker on the lid, and tie a tool onto each one. There’s just something about functional miniature versions of adult tools that I really like. And they’re not plastic!
