I’ve been looking around for some new non-plastic play food so I can stop cringing every time I catch my kids munching on the cheap plastic stuff they got last Christmas. Most of the kids felt or wood food I’ve seen has been super expensive. So I was happy to find Plan Toys’  wood food choices at reasonable prices. I’m a big breakfast fan, so I liked the look of the many pieces of breakfast food that come in this Plan Toys breakfast set. According to their website, Plan Toys are made with “preservative-free” rubber woods and painted in safe, non-toxic paint.

If you’re thinking about ordering this for a holiday gift, I’d recommend ordering now. I was going to order these from Oompa Toys, but they’ve sold out just in the past day or two. So I ordered mine from Amazon. I’m listing the price as it appears on their website today, but I’ve found that their prices can change dramatically at any time. Their kid-size Corelle bowl nearly doubled in price in the last two weeks. Happy munching!
