Fun Finds For Mom

Water bottle love

Spring cleaning has begun. I’m working my way through the cabinets, shelf by shelf, and getting rid of the expired crackers, tupperware with no lids (and lids with no tupperware) and finally, the leaky water bottles.

I’ve hung onto so many junky water bottles because I need to send the kids to school with something. But I am so happy I finally found a new water bottle love. Contigo. You must get to Costco immediately because they are selling a 3-pack for $15. Yes. $5 apiece. These bottles do not leak – and they don’t have straws to lose… or mouthpieces your kids can chew holes through. They have a button that you push in while drinking, then when you’re done taking a sip, you let go of the button and the bottle does not leak. Truly. I let my kids hold them upside down over our white tile kitchen floor, which would be covered in dirty footprints if a drop of water spilled on it. No dripping. They’re BPA-free and dishwasher safe. Also, if you’re inclined to clip your bottles onto things, the lid/handle has a section that pushes in like a caribbeaner to clip onto things. So cool. I love you Contigo.

See the full product lineup, including stainless steel bottles, kids bottles and ceramic mugs on the Contigo website.

It might be a little tough for a 2 year old, but they also offer Kids Cups: http://www.gocontigo.com/kids-cups.html
