Bowling Party
My new years day baby had his 7th birthday a few weeks ago! This year, we had his party at the bowling alley. As much as I love party planning, I have to admit, it was really nice to have a low effort party after all the holiday hubbub.
We had 11 kids, including my two, and they had a blast bowling and eating pizza and cake. We signed up for a party package at the neighborhood bowling alley, which included two hours of bowling, pizza and drinks, all the plates/cups/etc., and a real bowling pin for the birthday boy.
I wasn’t aware it also included 10 invitations with envelopes, goody bags (empty for you to fill), and thank you cards — so if anyone is planning to have a bowling party, I’d be happy to give you the invitations and goody bags. Here’s what they look like:
We also found these mini bowling pin sets at Target, which make great party favors:
Have any of you been bowling lately? Can you believe how much it’s changed since we were kids?
